"Very dissapointing experience - avoid!!"

Very dissapointing experience.

Lots of back and forth on items and finishes, sales team confirmed one thing, but they didnt really know the products they were selling as certain items could only be produced in certain finishes - which I ended up telling them what and wasnt possible.

I ordered a table and chairs with FCI, delivery was quoted as 6 weeks, turned into 12.

When table was eventually delivered, it was not as ordered (extension leaf was in the wrong material). So I declined the delivery and returned the table.

Initially was offered a credit note, but requested a full refund, to include the installation cost which was applied to putting the table together. Table was eventually refunded (had to chase as took several days to process)

FCI refused to refund the install cost as they stated they had put the table together when they delivered it. No arguement there - they did indeed put the legs on the table, stood the table up and opened the extension - which was when I established it was not as ordered.

So I am left paying for the install of a table that was not what I ordered.

The products they sell can be purchased elsewhere, so I highly recommend you find a better supplier.

"Outstanding follow up customer service"

We ordered a cattelan ceramic dining table with the manufacturer guaranteeing the design - on delivery we realised it was incorrect. Kasia Frankiewicz, Operations Manager took over and ensured that we were able to order the larger size at no extra cost which actually is the only way of guaranteeing the design. Kasia was extremely professional and kept us informed over the whole process

I have used FCI for 2 purchases: a console table and a mirror. Very satisfied with the personal service I received for both items. I also found that FCI has an extensive choice and very competitive prices.

"Dreadful Service, Avoid"

What went wrong…absolutely everything. FCI failed from the basics of obtaining accurate measurements, damaged goods, giving false promises on when deliveries would take place. We have spent over 6 figures with this company and this last installation has been the biggest fiasco I have ever witnessed. We ordered the furniture in June 2024 and we are still waiting for parts of the delivery. The customer services of this organisation is a disgrace. We paid upfront as they will not deliver anything until 100% of the funds has been received. This means there is no recourse, when things go wrong. In our case a piece of furniture which turned up damaged and another 8 weeks to get a replacement. We are demanding a refund as it’s too long and FCI are refusing. I am now seeking legal action as this goes against the consumer protection act whereby consumers can demand a refund within 30 days when damaged/faulty goods are received. There are much better outfitters that would welcome the business, FCI do not deserve any business whatsoever

"Dreadful service"

Dreadful service. Once they have your deposit they do not care about when they deliver, customer care or after sale. I am suing them for my money refund when they failed to deliver after 3 months of false promises.
Avoid at any cost. I buy furniture from all over the world, FCI is the worst supplier I have come across

"A remarkably personal service"

This was a remarkably personal experience. Designing the furniture with Shahnaz allowed us to customise the design to meet functional needs and aesthetic preferences. She was very helpful and communicative throughout the process, even making time for video calls, in-person meetings and design adjustments over email. The installation team led by Anatolie were super respectful and helpful - again with this willingness to adjust things on the day.

Price-point may be perceived as high, but when you see the quality of the product and consistently amazing service along the way, it makes sense.

Really nice to experience this standard of customer service.

"Gorgeous coffee table and great service"

We visited FCI London and absolutely fell in love with the Naos Batis coffee table. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Andrei, who helped us customize the perfect piece. Communication was seamless from placing the order to delivery. The delivery team was professional, tidy, and even assembled the coffee table for us. I highly recommend FCI London for their outstanding service and beautiful products.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a Franco Ferri Sofa from FCI. We had a very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and dedicated service delivery from Sanjay from the outset. Sanjay was the first to greet us with a welcoming smile and offer us his exceptional, and highly experienced assistance. At the time we were not sure what we were looking for, but Sanjay personally guided us through the showroom and vast variety of manufactures and their styles until, we found the sofa we loved. Sanjay and a colleague (I think his name was Manuel) helped us with choosing right the design, fabrics and measurements to suit our home. Nine weeks later our handmade Italian sofa was delivered with care within the timescale set out. We were able to negotiate a very good price too, which was a little over our budget, but worth every penny for the quality. A special mention for the lovely Kasia, the FCI Operations manager. Kasia delivered a very personal, understanding, knowledgable, and super friendly aftercare service, alongside the delivery staff who were also very helpful and friendly. We are super pleased with our purchase. The service and aftercare from FCI is fabulous and we will most definitely use FCI in the future.
