This is s selling platform that has no control over the seller. One seller pretended to refund my money and Cazaar are unable to resolve the issue. The seller after 2 weeks is still saying they have refunded the money but have not. Going through credit company to get my money back. Seller cancelled the order.

their online shop is a disaster, with a hint of deceit, they give promotional and regular prices, only you can't buy at the promotional price, you can't even add it to your basket, but at the regular price you can buy without any problem....

"WASTE OF MONEY"
We purchased a metal frame gazebo which cost just under a thousand pounds, two legs were damaged and we emailed Cazaar whom we had purchased the item through, had asked if it was possible to purchase two support legs as these had became damaged due to weather (this item was purchased under a year ago) and was informed that it the manufactures do not supply components, it was highlighted that Cazaar have a duty to informed potential buyers about unable to obtain spare parts, it was also highlighted that this item needs to be scraped and disposed of in a land site, what a waste of money and a impact on the environment as I say....TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY, it was you that sold the item.
Have been provided feedback from the manufacturer who now states they only provide 6 months guarantee and not the expected 1 year guarantee, have asked the supplier are they going to state the same.

I was staying in Leigh on Sea to visit friends, I made an impulse purchase of sombreros and a blow up cactus for a Mexican meal night.
Melanie was really helpful, she went out of her way to show me what they have on offer and went to collect the goods herself.
