I reached out to say that my watch was overheating on the charger, and never heard back from support. The rest of the stand is great, but I can’t use the watch charger and inquired about a replacement.

I bought more than one of this f***** sh*** products. They discharge my watch. Phone charging is not fast, takes a COUPLE of hours. DONT BUY!!! I tried to charge my watch with and without case. After a few minutes the watch lost 3% of battery.. WHAT? NO REACTION on emails, nothing. Please be careful and spend your money to anything else but not for this! DONT BUY, you will absolutely get DISAPPOINTED!
