I have ordered a product and it has not arrived 3 weeks later. It is now 1 week after the latest date of the delivery period and I have sent several emails to the support regarding the status of my order and have not received any answer. I‘m afraid this might be a scam.

"Useless with Apple Watch 9"

I bought the Grav station in 2023.
Works perfectly with the apple watch 2nd generation. But then I got a Apple Watch series 9 41 mm and that does not charge.

Very dissapointing, basicslly a useless device now…

No guarantee is available and no refunds..

I ordered mobile charger which was extremely delayedI was in contact with them and they claimed the shipment was returned since I never picked up the goods. I never received any notification that the goods had arrived, they returned the shipment but again never had any notification that the shipment was on its way. If you want to order through this company expect exceed delivery time.
This could be a one off, but I almost gave it on star. But then this morning finally a notification that the shipment had arrived 1,5 month after order date
The quality looks ok and as expeted.
