I purchased this having seen it advertised and it looking great. Upon ordering this item I then had a nightmare with my bank telling me that the payment was due to be collected twice.
The shipping wasn’t much better no real notifications received.
Once the item was received it didn’t work properly, the motorised phone charger doesn’t work properly. It makes a really bad clicking noise when it goes down, I have written to Gravgoods twice explaining this, I have deliberately waited to write this review to give them chance to reply, no reply from them at all.
Very disappointed with the product and the lack of response from them.

Latch unclasps as soon as you put the watch on. Company did not reply to my email for a return or refund as I live outside the US. Had to go through the PayPal claim path. It’s a shame as the watch band looks good, but doesn’t work.

Poor quality product. My Titian case broke in less than 2 months. Made with the cheapest pins possible I think. I sent a very polite email and just got ignored.
