Terrible!!! Ordered a 42mm Apple Watch case and received a 44mm. I have tried to contact the company several times and haven’t even gotten a response from them. I guess it’s a waste of money at this point. Will not be ordering from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

i purchased. Titan case gold 42mm THE BACK COVER THAT HOLDS THE I WATCH IN PLACE WON'T LOCK. I HAD TO REMOVE SOME LINKS ON THE BAND BECAUSE IT WAS TOO BIG. I WORE THE WATCH BAND AND IT FELL OFF MY WRIST AND TO THE GROUND AND THEN . THE MY I WATCH FELL OUT .ALSO THE CLASP ONTHE BAND DOES NOT LOCK TIGHT .I CALLED THE COMPANY AND NO RESPONSE AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS.

"The watch band looks great but comes unclasped often"
The watch band looks great with my Ultra Watch, but it comes unclasped at least 5 times per day on its own. Very annoying when I have to repeatedly clasp the band throughout the day.

Terrible customer service , my wireless charger that I bought for them stopped charging properly . I sent them an email with the order number explaining the situation.
They haven’t bothered to reply at all .

Terrible customer service.
I have tried calling on their listed number and it always goes to voicemail during normal business hours Ordered a product on February 6th February 9th the order hadn't been shipped so I decided to cancel the order as I had found something else.
Feb 11th they responded saying my order was cancelled although no cancellation was made in Shop pay. Feb 19th I requested a follow up as my refund had still not processed and they never wrote back. Followed up again today feb 23rd.
THe producsts look cheap and the lack of customer service would keep me from ever coming back.
Update March 7th. They still have not sent my refund.Filed a dispute with shop pay to try and recover my money.
