My first product was defective so Gravgoods quickly offered a replacement or exchange for a new model which I chose and it works very well. Great customer service!

Average product sadly, the actual mag safe phone charger works well but the watch charger is poor which is similar to comments here. It works but constantly lights up the watch all night on and off due to a glitch. I reached out to Gravgoods however with no response.

Absolutely no customer service or support from this company. My charger has developed a fault and I have tried to contact the company via their social media pages, the contact form on their website and also by email. All my messages have been ignored. Avoid this company as once they take your money they don't care.
