"Frustrating experience with Gravgoods' shipping and customer service"

I purchased a charger on December 20, 2022, and paid extra for "Priority Processing" shipping. According to their estimated delivery time, the product was supposed to arrive between 4 and 12 days. However, to my disappointment, I have yet to receive the product.

I received an email on December 31, 2022, stating that my order was on the way and to track the shipment for delivery status. However, when I attempted to track the package, I was unable to receive any information. This lack of transparency and communication regarding my order is extremely frustrating.

It's important to point out that I payed extra for a priority shipping and it is not being delivered as they said they were.

I would not recommend purchasing from Gravgoods, unless they improve their shipping and customer service. If a company is going to charge extra for expedited shipping, they should ensure that the package arrives on time and that customers can track their orders with ease.
