The wood is high quality, I've bought it several times now, it comes on a pallet wrapped in plastic so that even if it's raining on delivery day, the wood stays bone dry. you won't find better delivery or quality.

"Hopeless"

Their carrier refused to deliver because they thought they couldn't get a 7.5 ton truck to me, despite my assurances that many larger ones had managed it fine.
IronicIy Id not used them for several years because last time they sent a 40 ton with only my small pallet on which permanently damaged the bottom of the track.
They charged me £42 to cancel the order. Amazed that they asked me to do a review!

Great fast delivery and in the time spot specified. I requested a smaller lorry but ended up with an 18 tonne lorry. The driver was fab though and still managed to get the lorry in. Amazing bit of driving!
