"I can't live without SnagIt"

I can't live without SnagIt, it's almost in constant use and have been buying the latest and greatest versions for over 3 years now. When version 2019 came out, I upgraded and it kept crashing, but Techsmith's wonderful support team leapt into action and sorted it out quick smart. What more do you want from a software company?

"Snagit from TechSmith stores some crash…"

Snagit from TechSmith stores some crash dumps in the installation folder and it takes 2.7 GB of memory away from my drive!! Also for some reason they show "About Snagit" page every time you start the program!!! This is so horribly annoying.

"Horrible attitude to loyal customers - lost tons of priceless information"

I haven't received any email warning me that they had changed their policy and delete all uploaded files on November 2, 2018 that were not viewed for 12 months.
I created tens of guides, notes and tasks and all of them had links to Screencast uploaded screenshots. These files were priceless for me. And today, in 2.5 months after my visit of screencast.com I've found out they changed the policy and hundreds of unique files were gone! :(((((((( I can't believe.
I didn't expect it when I relied on their service many years ago. I couldn't and can't pay 10$ every month, it's not that small money in Ukraine. It's a pity they changed policy for such a wonderful service as screencast.com was.

"SUPER customer service"

SUPER customer service, fast, friendly and very customer oriented. I had issues with a Camtasia video I needed for a TV show and was under tremendous time pressure. Their customer service in the US (I am from Germany) helped me and fixed the video in no time. I am a very happy Techsmith customer now.

"FAST Support from heaven"

Had to have my key reset for my Camtasia at work. For many companies that is an issue where they try to get the user to buy new licenses or BS like that.

Techsmith support helped me as soon as they got my email. Everything works again and I'm super duper happy.

This is the best sreenshot and video capture tool out there I have shared it with 4 or 5 people now and everybody loves the functionality easy to use and always on.
