Our local manager Roger always looks after us especially on our weird and wonderful quote requests and shipments, This is why we use world options over the couriers directly - In addition if anything goes wrong Roger is on the end of the phone straight away for help / guidance.. No waiting for call centres to answer their phone etc.
To sum up if you want a stress free despatch process, World Options are a great company to use.

Parcel is destroyed by DHL and when I asked to claim they told me that there is a £55 admin charge which is taken off the settlement amount. They don't even credit the cost I paid to deliver even though the parcel got no further than their depot!! I used to use DHL direct and there was never that rule on claiming yet they blame DHL!!

Tried with difficulty to send my first parcel to an address in Spain !! And now the service booked through World Options using Evri have lost my parcel and response back is it’s lost your not insured !!! Wow never given the option to insure and just matter of fact it’s lost that’s it 🤬

From helping us with booking a shipment/pallet or chasing a shipment that hasn't been delivered or has got lost and issues with invoices. They save me so much time. Jason our account Manager is just at the end of the phone and has been a great help over the year, especially recently when we had issues with some invoices.
