Very displeased with Auto Transport 123! The person who wrote me up said, there are in no way any additional charges but when the vehicle was delivered before they let my elderly father have the car, they charged him an additional charge of 15%, because he chose to use his Debit card!
With there being literally 100's of other companies to choose from this was a deceptive practice. I tried to complain to the company and they were of no help. I will not use Auto Transport 123, any more and I'll spread the word!
Maybe SOMEONE WILL HELP ME!
I'm glad I got a chance to at least tell someone about this.
I feel my elderly veteran father, was taken advantage of!

Horrible experience. DO NOT USE Auto Transport 123. My cars were picked up a day after the contract said they would be and delivered 2 days late. In addition one of my vehicles had scratches all down the side and the dash board was destroyed. Emailed and called multiple times and have received nothing, AT refuses to accept any responsibility and claims everything must be handled through the carrier. was told there is nothing they can do and to file a claim with my own insurance company. Complete ripoff. If you are considering AT123 think again.

My cars were not picked up on time, then delivered early to the driver's uncle's house, where they sat for 2 days unattended. When we arrived at our home, they would not deliver as promised, so we had to take a $100 taxi ride to get them. I have made numerous calls to get reimbursed but have gotten the run around. Never use this company!

There were communication problems, we were told the car would be delivered to one address, but that wasn't possible but we were not notified of this problem until it was almost too late, if we were notified earlier we could have made other arrangements, which were what we had to do anyway. There communication needs to be fixed.
