"Not bad"
Some lack of cohesiveness between this company and the actual transport company that resulted in an extra 150.00 dollars being added to my total , which I was told would not happen. My vehicle was taken care of and arrived as expected. So overall not bad.

"Overpromise and Underdeliver"
My request was handled with with one if the owners at Auto Transport 123. On Tuesday we handled all paperwork and he promised the vehicle we repossessed would be picked up on Friday. Monday came and there was no phone call except from the tow yard that the truck was never picked up.
I spoke to him through the week and he indicated it would be taken care of by that Friday which never happened. Mind you I was incurring daily storage fees which he said they could not take care of citing a legal disclaimer in the contact that they had more time to pick up the vehicle regardless of what he promised me. He also said "hey we need to make money too". Monday of the following week I never heard anything so I followed up again. From then on he dodged my phone calls and emails only to have the truck picked up 2 weeks after he promised. Do not ever deal with this company again. Doesn't even have the decency to deal with problems caused by his inability to run a business.
Update 11/15/16
I need to update this post because the reply by AutoTransport123 is a flat out lie. I’ve gone back to my email and phone records and I called the company on 8/3 and I spoke to the owner. He said the vehicle our company repossessed could be picked up maybe tomorrow (Thursday August 4th) or definitely by Friday August 5th. I told him Friday would be fine.
No one called me to let me know their driver never showed up on Friday August 5th or Monday August 8th. I found out myself from calling the impound lot only to find out the truck was never picked up and we were now being charged a daily fee. The impound yard allows vehicles to be released between 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. Not 3 days a week as the AutoTransport123’s email has fabricated.
To further compound the above lie by AutoTransport123, the driver showed up at the impound yard on Tuesday August 9th with no documentation whatsoever. No VIN, no repossession paperwork, nothing. The process was so bungled that the driver picking up the truck didn't even know the color of it. Common sense tells you that if you know nothing about the vehicle and have zero documentation, the vehicle will not be released. It’s as if AutoTransport123 had never picked up a vehicle before!
As I before mentioned, the gross negligence continued as AutoTransport123’s owner dodged my phone calls and emails the entire next week only to have the vehicle picked up the week of August 22nd.

"It is very disappointing."
I read a few good reviews online before making an appointment with them, although their quotation is a bit higher than the others I got, I went for it for a peace of mind. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't that pleasant. To start with, they are very pushy. The first sales person helped me kept calling me everyday even I told her that I need a few days to confirm which day is good for pickup. But she called, again and again. Then I finally confirmed the date after 3 days, she disappeared (then I was told she no longer works for them) . Her colleague took over and he was pushy too. He couldn't update the contract due to their system problem, instead he kept asking me to sign the contract with incorrect information. He promised that the information in his system was correct but somehow he couldn't send me a new updated contract. In the end, I signed and hoped for the rest of the process would be smooth. Well...it wasn't. They told me they have their own drivers, which they don't. The driver would picked up our car told us that they work for another company. In addition, the driver changed the pickup date and time, without telling us in advance. We called the company for the driver's contact, they just told us that we should wait for the driver to contact us. Then we waited and waited, the driver finally called us and told us that he couldn't make it as the promised date. Great! Then on the new pickup day, he called again to tell us that he will be late. Awesome. In the end, the car got picked up super late near mid-night. The dropoff was fine, comparing to all the problems we encountered before. I don't know if this industry is all like this, but it definitely wasn't the best experience to me.
