"My Rolls Royce arrived in good shape …"
My Rolls Royce arrived in good shape but during off-loading the driver dropped the second tier rack on my vinyl top, leaving two very noticeable gashes in my roof. Your driver promised to contact me later to arrange repairs but never did. I wouldn't recommend your service again because of this lack of honesty and follow through on your driver's part.

Two stars- the car arrived in one piece, with no damage. That is much better than we feared...,
We decided to use this company because:
1.) They promised us that we would have "online tracking", which, as far as we could tell, involved filling out a form stating we wanted to know where our vehicle was and hitting submit. To which we received absolutely no reply. Ever. I did this at least 10 times over the long transit time...
2.) They told us that the car would be transported by their own employees-- not outsourced. Well ok- fine, call it what you want, but if I called back the same number used to make the booking, they had no idea who had our car or where it was. We were told to call a different number, a number that no one ever replied at. We were also given the drivers number, he never answered and never called back after messages were made.
3.). We were told we would have a short "pick-up" window. The driver arrived a day early and called to say he was "around the corner"....
4.). We were told our car would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday, it did not arrive until early the next week. In the interim we could not contact: the booking agent, the driver, or anyone on the "other number" we were given. We very nearly resorted to filing a police report for a stolen car.
So why 2 and not 0 stars? Well- the price was ok. The car eventually arrived in once piece. No harm done, I suppose. But overall a stressful experience.
