"Pick up in Austin"

It was difficult to arrange a pick up time for my vehicle. It took several weeks to get a driver. Once the driver was assigned he was on time for pick up and my car was delivered where I requested very promptly after the pick up.
Their price was competitive. I would use Auto Transport123 again.

All I got were promises and this company failed to pick up the vehicle. Not only am I disappointed but this company cost me money because of the delays. I made a number of phone calls in an attempt to get some resolution and "We are doing everything to get a driver." Even though they was a weeks advance notice of the pick up. I would NEVER refer anyone to this company.

I was extremely happy with Transport 123. I used them for two transports this spring and both went very smoothly. I had very unpleasant experiences with 2 other companies last year so these two experiences were unexpected and much appreciated! Sam was the salesperson I dealt with . He was honest and thorough. I will definetly use this company again. I am so glad I found them on the Better Business Bureau's website.

I was told on the phone that they will pick my car in 1-2 days and drop it in 3-4 days, so I signed the contract, but later some times they did not even answer my calls!!! finally after 10-11 days they called me and picked my car!

"Would Never Use Again"

Explained my situation, they agreed that they can find a suitable shipper for me. Shipper came and said he could not load it. Even though my vehicle was non-running, which is what I explained to them and they said it was no issue, the shipper called me and said he could not load it.....

Finally they called me and said the price they quoted me needed to be increased. I said "no". This was the agreed upon price and you had someone but they could not ship it because they could not load it. This is not my fault or issue. Then several hours later, magically they found a shipper. When the shipper arrived, he had a higher price and would not unload until it was paid. Keep in mind, the individual shipper was super professional and understanding. He is just contracted out and he does not know what Auto Transport 123 quoted me or told me. I paid him because it is not fair to him. He did his job. After this I found several reviews with similar stories. I would not use them again and the shipper said he experienced this with other companies. He told me it is not worth working with companies like this because he then needs to deal with angry customers. For me, I did not need this non-running vehicle so I could have just as easily sent him back on his way. I do not put people in those situations so I paid the guy the difference.

Good service. There was a delay on delivery but it was weather related.

It took a week longer than promised, the cost upon delivery was not explained properly, I would try another company if I ever had to. Check around first!
