I had a car scheduled to be picked up. i got in an accident the day before it was to be picked up, they let me cancel (postpone) the pickup and were able to reschedule a pickup on short notice (a few days). The truck driver was prompt and courteous and very careful with my car. He actually delivered it a day sooner than promised which worked our perfectly for my schedule. i worked with Aaron and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Had my motorcycle shipped from Florida to Michigan. VERY quick pick up AND delivery. Driver kept in contact with me the whole time he was in possession of my motorcycle.

It started out by the Rep saying they had a carrier for my car immediately available but that wasn't the whole truth. However, in many cases it not how you start it's how you finish. I got a call five days later, a carrier was ready to go and they got the car to me from CA to MI in 3 days. That was amazing. Overall I would recommend these guys did a very good job and the delivery was excellent.
