"Don't try to cancel your listing"
Susan spent an extraordinary amount of time talking to my boyfriend. She knew his hesitation to list was because we had a very specific deadline. We were moving 340 miles away and needed one of the vehicles being shipped to load and unload our semi-trailer. After hours of phone conversations and her digging up dirt on other transport companies that made us offers, he finally agreed to list with them. The contract was only supposed to be so we could list. We needed to cancel because we found someone to transport our vehicles. That's when the fine print came into play. There is a cancellation fee equivalent to the reservation fee. You cannot relist with anyone else for 3 days or they will charge you the full amount. No one would cancel the order without "talking to a manager" they also wouldn't answer the phone or the person we were transferred too wasn't actually a manager. Every agent told us a different cancellation fee. There was also an email that we had to respond to in order to cancel or we would be charged the full quoted price. The emails with pricing also differed from the sertifi.com amounts on his phone. In the email, the reservation fee was only $100 but on his phone, it was $400. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

"They just stole my money"
They called me and offer to ship my vehicle for a better price then it was listed on U-Ship and promised to find a career within 48 hours.
I never heard from them after that and in a week they charged my card for $400. They refused to refund it.

"Actually it is not even 1 star"
Actually it is not even 1 star. It is less than that. They are very disrespectful and dishonest. They do not provide any services whatsoever, simply collect money. Nobody answers the phone, and if you are lucky and by accident get your call answered, they put you on hold for 30 min, and then say they have more important things to do than answering your questions. Their sales person will call you every 15 min, disrupting your activities to obtain your credit card number. However, after you signed the agreement he will never ever answer the phone or reply by email. Not interested. Their website is very misleading as well. In USA we do not need businesses like this. USA is all about hard work, good service and honesty.
BTW, since I have not received any services from this company and I needed to move the car, I went with movewheels. I will strongly recommend them. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The sales person was in communication with me all the time, making the process less stressful.
Bottom line is if you want to be used and ill treated go with auto transport 123, if you need your being moved find somebody else.

"Stay away from these criminals"
Stay away from these criminals. They charged my credit cards without even picking up my car. There a salesman named Brian. He is a big liar. NEVER EVER give them your credit card.

"Booked an auto transport from NJ to…"
Booked an auto transport from NJ to Florida. The driver called me to confirm the date. No one ever came. No one ever replies to phones. No one in the company knows exactly what's going on. My husband had to drive the car. Do yourself a favor and do not work with them. They are brokers and can not guarantee anything. Also, they can't even provide insurance. Horrible experience

"Don't Gooooooooooo to them"
I called them for a cross-country transport of my car. A guy who answered my call said my car will be picked up in 2 days. (I clearly explained them my time constraint situation and he agreed). He gave me all kind of false promises that my car will be picked up in no later than 2 days. He sent me a contract and I signed it. And they stopped picking up my calls after. After 10 failed attempts to reach them finally someone answered my call and said they couldn't find a driver. I asked them to cancel my contract since I won't be available to give my car as I will be flying already. As expected they stopped answering my calls...... No driver ever reached me...... 20 days later there was a 325$ charge on my card from them. I filed a dispute and they came back with the stupid contract saying the transaction is valid.....
They charged me despite fact that no driver picked up my car. If you are so desperate for money you should have asked (300$). I am sure I have 300$ to spare for any good cause. But this is not the way you treat a customer...... Never calling them again no referring to anyone ever...

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
What, is "world famous" about Auto Transport 123? The answer would be the WORST service in the world. I guess that makes you world famous?
DO NOT believe one word this company tells you, especially Ross. They promise you the moon when trying to get your business and the reality is they deliver only a spark! Ross was great about taking calls when he was trying to get your business, but after you book the reservation he's on the space shuttle to the moon; never calls back or responds to email.
I request an enclosed transport, they send over the agreement, and it clearly notes open, I call Ross, and he states that was a mistake and to note corrections/changes on the agreement, sign and return. So I noted a few key conditions---1. Must ship via enclosed truck 2. Final payment would via credit card 3. The vehicle would have personal contents in the bed (pickup truck). I faxed the agreement back to Ross, have the fax confirmation, and he did call me back and confirmed receipt of the fax. I call one week later to inquire about the pickup date, and the inside person (Ross no longer takes or return calls) states that it will be picked up in a few days, I confirm the transportation will be enclosed, answer back is NO! I call and email Ross, and he finally calls me back and states that his people made a mistake and that the order clearly states enclosed. It takes another 4-5 days, and they call again to confirm the pickup, I ask again about enclosed, and they state NO. Once again I try to call Ross, no timely response back from, I call and request to speak to one of the owners, Keith or Mark Hecht, I'm told they don't take customer calls! They must be traveling around the world promoting the "world famous" Auto Transport 123!
After 4-5 calls I spoke to Janine, started out nice but turn when I corrected her on a few critical facts----1. The contract clearly states enclose; her answer is they only have the last page of the agreement, I state that interesting that I have a fax confirmation page noting they received three pages! She states that they never received, I inquired why they would not call to get the "missing pages." This is when she turns on her rude New York personality! 2. Agreement states enclosed rate of $1,750; she tells me that rate is never going to get any drivers, I state I did not pick or quote the rate, Ross did! At this, in time I just wanted my $575 deposit back which they incorrectly charged to my card (should only charge once they pick up is confirmed), Janine stated that if I don't continue with the transport, I would have to pay $200 (??) for services provided. Really they should have paid me $500 for all the calls and BS dealing with this company. 3. The company they picked is going to pick up the vehicle wants cash upon delivery, once again I point to the agreement which clearly stated credit card would be used for delivery payment, and NO credit card fee would apply. More BS and making me the bad guy!
This company has no morals or ethics! Review the two links I have noted below; the BBB gives Auto Transport 123 a big FAT F! Yes the famous Auto Transport 123 gets a big fat F. Review the other link, the letter from the Federal Trade Commission is very interesting! Are they buying 5-star reviews?
My rating for Auto Transport F-. Run, do not walk away from this company!
Bottomline do NOT waste your time or money working with Auto Transport 123, find another "world class" company!

"3:00am car delivery!!!"
We received a call at 8:00pm from the driver telling us that he would be arriving at 3:00am with our vehicle and that we better have the cashier's check ready for him. Our handler, AutoTransport123, never told us that our vehicle may be delivered in the middle of the night. And when we tried to discuss this issue with them, they were unavailable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only was the car delivery time unacceptable, but their customer service was horrendous.

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!"
I shipped my Harley ultra limited from IL to FL. Experience with auto transport 123 was less than unacceptable. First this was during a hurricane, which communication was lack there of, no plans, no status given. I had to constantly call to see what the schedule may be. Auto transport 123 finally contacted me and had a rough estimated time to pick up but then asked for additional payment since their driver did not wish to drive to Florida and had requested more money. I proceeded to tell them that the contract still stands and they cannot pass on any additional costs to me once the agreed upon price is set, signed and paid for. After the chaos with hurricane passed, my motorcycle was then picked up, by H1 Auto Trans with 2-hour notice on a Wednesday and was promised to be in FL that Friday ( I was in FL already waiting). The driver they sent wanted to get permission to ride motorcycle 1 mile to load onto the truck claiming they couldn't fit into neighborhood streets (streets are plenty wide) I don't think so I said. Driver miraculously had no issues turning into the neighborhood, like I had explained to him that he wouldn't. I myself have a CDL and am fully aware of the capabilities a semi truck has. Also the supposed experienced driver, didn’t know what he was doing with my HD and couldn’t even turn the ignition on. He Kept trying to use the key to turn on the bike, like it was a car.( I have this all on video.) Then Friday and Saturday came and went. Surprise we are here (Sunday)! Streets are more narrow in FL neighborhood and trucker was fully confident he could fit. Great! Upon receiving the motorcycle, I noticed there was tons of grease all over my bike, battery dead as a door nail. I immediately called auto transport 123 to notify status of bike and my dissatisfaction. Dave the salesman who was initially dealing with me from the beginning, the one who gave me full confidence that they would be able to transport my investment soundly with guaranteed motorcycle experience, simply passed me along to customer service to handle the situation which ended up in a voicemail with no calls back. So I called the next day to customer service directly and explained my situation, was told they will call me back shortly. Days went by with no call back. My Harley is now being picked up by the dealership to see what else the issue is besides the battery being dead. (HD’s can’t just be jump started like a car.) Before I had my motorcycle leave IL, the bike was in immaculate condition. I take pride on how well I preserve my investments. I was nervous on hiring a transport company to perform such a task and after this experience I will NEVER trust any transport company. I will do is my self just like I have in the past. How can a company that claims top motorcycle transport ruin a bike this bad? Wouldn't a top rated business follow through and make sure your customers are fully satisfied with the services you provide? I will never use this company again and would highly discourage anyone to use them as well. And stay away from H1 Auto Trans out of Illinois, complete hacks with ratty old equipment. These drivers shouldn’t have a CDL!!

"Minumin communication between signing …"
Minumin communication between signing contract, obtaining a driver with pickup time and delivery of my vehicle . Called at least 3 times to see if a driver was hired and a date and time of my vehicle.
My vehicle was picked up on September 20th at 5 pm by one driver and my vehicle was delivered on September 21st at 7 pm by a different. For 26 hours I did not know where my vehicle was at. No communication until I called the original pick up driver who gave me the second drivers mame and phone number.
