I will never use this company again with its slick team of disorderly, dysfunctional, dishonest tricksters. "Danny" is a smooth talking snake-oil salesman who sold me with promises of exemplary service and excellent customer satisfaction. Danny even gave me both of his personal lines to call him directly if there was a problem. Well, there were nothing but problems from the moment I authorized him to bill my credit card. The nonstop charade of problems ranged from the fake price, to overcharging for the down payment, to lying about the pickup date which ended up being 2 weeks later than promised, etc. When I tried calling Danny, both of his supposedly "direct lines" led to voicemails which were full and could not receive new messages!!! Gotta give it to you Danny, I didn't see that one coming!!! Every time I called the customer service number I got a different person; but the same royal run-around!!!
DON'T GET DUPED LIKE I DID; AVOID THIS RIPOFF!

event this may happen the total price quoted will NEVER change." That was the contract I signed. The contract I have, in hand, said my total was $750 -$225 deposit and $525 on delivery IN WRITING. In order to get my vehicle I had to pay the driver $700 in addition to my $225 deposit.

Can't say enough good things about Auto Transport 123 and Rachel at ext. 363. Fast efficient shipping from Naples, FL to Roswell, NM. No hidden fees, no games, price is what they state...most others have hidden fees. Was told shipping would take 5 days, got the car there in 2 days- impressed! Car arrived in good condition, no damage, and drop off simple and quick. Highly recommended using Rachel, she cares, communicates well, very professional! Nice job, would recommend, and use again. I would rate services with 4 stars. The customer service representatives, courteous and helpful. Pick up of car driver did not speak English and communication was difficult, otherwise transportation of vehicle went well and very efficient. Vehicle was very dirty from hwy travels, but no faults or deficiencies noted as a result of transportation. I would use them again to transport my vehicles and recommend them to others to use as well.

Everyone is super kind and ready to help until you pay them there portion of the fees. After that you are completely on your own. Even like in my case were they did no clear transportation times and date. Then transported my vehicle to south Florida during Hurricane Irma. Then I squirted additional storage fee because we were unable to receive the vehicle upon delivery because of the devastating situation I and my family were in.
