"First started out with customer service …"

First started out with customer service and Ross that works at extension 514 never called back never scheduled on time everything with this transport was wrong even the transport driver cannot believe how bad the company's customer service is I was hung up on multiple times and he was hung up to the worst experience I've ever had with the transport company makes me never want to use one again we had to get to motorcycle transport because my friend was in an accident. Two different contracts neither of them all right years of the bikes for all the addresses were wrong nothing was right with the complete order

Sales person lied and told me to have my vehicle picked up within 24 hours, have to pay extra. Total lie, payed extra and took 4 days to pick up. Go with someone else.

"They will try and sell you the stars …"

They will try and sell you the stars when they are pitching you for business but then their website tracking doesn't work and you have to call to find out about updates and where your vehicle is. Don't be fooled, unlike what they tell you, these transports go on the same listing boards as every other company. The driver who delivered basically pulls jobs off the national boards.

"At first everything seemed quick and …"

At first everything seemed quick and easy. The representative (Tara) I was working with was very friendly, responsive and pleasant to deal with. However, after I signed the contract and they took my credit card number everything started to change. Tara was still friendly but the company over charged my debit/credit card without adequate prior notice which caused a chain reaction in my bank account and some friction with the delivery and balance due. We also had a few discrepancies with the confirmed pick up dates, the tentative delivery dates and was also charged an additional fee of $150 for having a few items in the car which I had confirmed before and during pick up; that they would not be any additional charges for having a few items in the car. They confirmed no additional charges but at delivery they indeed charged me. The original sales/customer service rep (Tara) I dealt with was great overall. She always tried her best to rectify the challenges and was very responsive. However, the office accountant on the other hand was the worst!!! She was suppose to help me rectify the financial discrepancies but her attitude was HORRIBLE! She wasn't trying to help or understand the situation. She is one of the WORST service reps I have talked to in years. She doesn't listen and is always ready with an answer to a question I did not ask. She was rude and disrespectful in every possible way!!! Had it not been for Tara trying her hardest to rectify everything I would have given them a rating of 0 or -10 if possible. Eventually, the delivery was scheduled and completed, we had no choice but to pay the additional $150 at delivery as the delivery driver would not release the car otherwise. What make this experience worst is that I have yet to receive my overcharge payment/deposit due to the change in terms that were not made clear to me in the beginning. I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones but sometimes I feel it's necessary in order for the owners to know who are the bad apples. I consider myself to be a very fair and honest person so what I said above is 100% factual. Would I return to them in the future??? I'm not sure if I would ever go back but thanks to Tara and Tara alone I may consider them; still undecided however. I'll cross that bridge when I need their services again. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. The best of luck if you decide to use them for your transport or dumpster rental business.

"Wonderful"

Wonderful. I did not expect the process to be so professional and organized. Joseph was in constant contact prior to pick up in Scottsdale and delivered the vehicle to Houston in 24 hours. Bill of Lading on both ends was helpful. Dan

"Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam, scam"

Your guy got there and said it wouldnt run, had to pay an additional $100 for a truck with a winch. When he got 5 days later he drove it off and said he drove it on, what a scam. Justin, the guy that took care of me new rhe sutuation with my vehicle and said i didnt need to be at euther location, everything eould be done witj a credit card, not so, i had to get $250 in cash to pay the driver, thats how i knew he dri e it off and drove it on. I was so upset that i didnt even want to talk to you people. I would not recomend anyone to you.
