Michael was fantastic. He never gave me any BS like all of the other brokers did. He did what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted. I went thru three other crooked brokers before he contacted me. He even allowed me to call him in the evening at his home. Great service you have my gratitude and my business for all of my transportation needs.

My car was moved as needed, when needed without incident, by a trustworthy driver. I did not worry.

However, pre-move communications must be improved. I feel like if I had not taken the initiative and made a number of calls to get my move scheduled, my car might not have been picked up in time. When I made my order, I was specific on the last day if could be picked up.

I understand that this is a just-in-time business, and that long range planning is rarely possible. Customer Service must be more proactive and communicate sooner when specific planning becomes possible.

I was delighted and glad to know this as events did turn out to be exactly as they had indicated with the other company. I received my van 10 days later and everything went smooth and as promised!
