"This company is terrible!"
This company is terrible. I scheduled a pickup with them about a month in advance. I was told that everything was locked in and a driver would be calling me as the pickup date got closer. About a week out, I called to verify that everything was going as planned and I was told that the driver had been assigned and I should here from him within the next three days. On the day before the pickup, I called again and that's when I was told that a driver was not assigned and that the pickup may not happen for another three days. I was supposed to be driving across country the following day and that option was not feasible. They told me that they would call me back but I called them back first. After speaking to another company and requesting a cancellation, they told me that they magically found a driver. I had another company verify and they confirmed that the load, my car, was stilled unassigned. There was constant lies and rudeness from these guys. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. I wish I didn't have to give them one star.

I was not made aware of the fact that they are a broker and they were not able to honor the price I was quoted. It also took them over three weeks to find a carrier after I was told three days and I paid twice the original quote.

I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to review this company. AutoTransport123 is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a business. After signing a contract with them and attempting to figure out the status of pickup and getting nowhere, I searched online to gain insight into how they conduct business. My heart sank after reading dozens of people similar experience. My advice, avoid AutoTransport123 like the plaque. Just Google them if you don't believe me. Luckily, my contract expired before they found a driver. However, the very next day after it expired, they called me for the first time wanting hundreds of more dollars. So expect that.

I'll keep this brief. Anything the "salesman" tells you is absolute BS. They DO NOT keep their word in reguards to pick up dates. The customer service agents are friendly but will perpetuate the dishonestly.

"I was shipping my baby"
I was shipping my baby. A beautiful Cadillac XTS Platinum. I wanted enclosed service. I requested pics so I know it actually was transported enclosed and never got any pics. The pickup of the car was like 2 days late. Upon delivery, I was not there, my wife was. There were about 5 black greasy finger/handprints on my perfect leather interior. I managed to clean them. When you ship a vehicle you want it treated with care. Do yourself a favor and use a different carrier.
