"Not happy"

I was assured driver had experience transporting motorcycles and this was not true. It was a nightmare! Car showed up with a flat tire.

Transported a motorcycle for me. The transport was a pick up truck that used a 6" portable metal ramp. When it arrived it was raining,which made the ramp slick and unusable. I ended up hireing a tow truck with a bed, to drop the bike off the truck to the ground. The best I can say is the bike got here.

You wouldn't print my review first time. They have this system and if you don't have a current shipping invoice number they will not print your review.

123 would not keep there promise of when the vehicle would be picked up... twice so I fired them. They deleted the invoice number so I could not leave a negative review. After they wanted to charge me $100 for a cancelled pick up, Are you nuts?

Fee lfree not to use this company.

I had a great experience working with Auto Transport 123. They transported my vehicle from Maryland down to Florida back in January of this year. My vehicle was delivered to me on the exact day they told me that it would arrive. I was also very satisfied with how clean my vehicle was when it was delivered. Their prices were also fairly reasonable compare to some of their competitors.

The front license plate was ripped off and the front bumper was damaged. The seats were muddy (not sure if the driver doubled as a mud wrestler). Total damages exceeded $1500.
AutoTransport 123 refuses to pay. I would give it zero stars but it wasn't an option on this site. Stay away from this company!!

Auto Transport 123 is a middleman for the actual car transport companies I understand because when I told them what happened they told me they hired the actual transport company called SOUTH DADE AUTO TRANSPORT. So from Auto Transport 123's perspective it"s my problem and declined to help me. Even told me to go look on my receipt for the name and phone number and hung up and kept putting me on hold when I called back till I gave up and hung up. When my car arrived from Miami to LA the water pump and battery were both stripped out and the battery was replaced with one that was 10 years older than my car so I was told by the chevy dealer that replaced t for me. When I tried to contact them they got the driver on the other line and asked him if he did it and he said," no." Their response was," There you have it. He didn"t do it." What did they think he was going to say? "Aw busted, ok, I did it and I'm sorry." Then they put me on hold and hung up on me from that time on. My car inside was spotlessly scrubbed when turned it over to them and when I got it back there was even black grease on the leather seats. Also I had a portable ORECK vacuum in the trunk and that was stolen. Run the other way.

"Steer Clear of AutoTransport123"

Contracted out with this company to transport a vehicle. The company was unable to locate a truck to transport the vehicle within a reasonable time period (5 days). They called asking for an additional 100 dollars after the contract was signed. After refusing to pay, I cancelled the contract and then received a bill for 100 dollars for cancelling. They never returned phone calls or emails once they had a signed contract. Most unprofessional on the phone. This company has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, regrettably finding this out after they failed to keep their end of the contract.

I had the worst experience with Ross. He was very unprofessional and his service was totally unacceptable.

I gave one star because I couldn't give no stars. I would have given negative stars if I could. Dealing with Transport 123 was by far the worst experience I have ever had regardless of business type. I wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone. They will lie about transport times, make endless excuses and literally steal your money. In addition to that, the customer service is beyond rude. They are very brave over the phone from 2000 miles away. The "supervisor" is apparently the daughter of the owner and she is very clearly not the least bit concerned about the customer or the reputation of the company. She is simply a mean spirited and awful person. Do not, ever, under any circumstance use this company! Some auto transport businesses are suspect to start with and these people take deceit and lies to a whole new level that doesn't border on criminal, it is criminal.
