"Do Not Believe This Company!"

My initial experience was really good. However it went down hill from there. The agent who booked the reservation assured me the car would be picked up on Monday but that never happened. It was a thoroughly didappointing experience. To make matters worst the driver who dropped off my vehicle lectured me on how I do not know how to do business and tried to ask me out. Definitely will not be back.

"They were ok"

They were ok. Dana was nice to work with at first but she gets short if you ask her questions or she thinks you did something wrong. Wouldn't work with her again. They charged my CC before they said they would, not a big deal but shows lack of attention to detail on their part. The driver they hired was polite, ran late for pick up but was very nice to my daughter. He needs a more powerful tow vehicle though.

"My car took 21 days to arrive"

My car took 21 days to arrive! I was told 5 days tops. Customer service said they would call me back with details 3 different times I never received one call back.

Reason why I gave it three star?
the first time I use the transporter 1 2 3 it was a long waiting,.*!

The second time I tried to use it I had a major problem first of all when I call I needed the price for the future for a truck, and destination,.!*


I stated to them very clear the money was not there yet into I get the okay *to have a transporter they' ruching me to sign agreement I still told them that I didn't have the money ?
but they told me to not worry.
signing the agreement without knowing there was a charger $100,!*
Later on in the week I had a many phone call me tell him me they have someone ready to have to pick up.
That's when I say no you can't do that because I don't have the OK ..
that is when things went bad.
And then argue with that secretary about what they were just did and I was very upset because I was happy with them from the beginning ,.
but the second time they did something very wrong so I hope in the future if I need them I need to talk to someone to understand it only to transport something with the money is in the bank.
The last thing they told me why I call I say because I needed estimate that was all.

"so bad services"

so bad services . they deal with third party company which have very bad drivers. they gave me a cellphone No. of driver who responsible to bring my car from Texas while who brought my car different driver . when I call him he said ohh he is my cousin I gana ask him to bring your car today. when he bring my car he was so impolite with me when I asked him to check the car before I sign the paper .

"Poor Communications at best deceptive practices more than likely!"

So I posted the review noted below about my experience with AutoTransport123 on 5/2/17. I received a call from their customer service department on 5/3/17. I can't recall the name of the young lady who called representing the company. I didn't write it down. However she communicated to me the company had charged me in error and would be crediting the bank account, and would I be willing to edit this review. I told her that I would and that I really appreciated the call. We have a very pleasant exchange, as I previously stated I didn't know if there had just been a mix-up on the communication or what. She called me again the following day asking if I had figured out how to edit my review. I told her I had but that I was going to want to see my $125.00 reinstated into my account before I edited the review. She explained that would take weeks. I told her I understood and would edit the review right away if she would send me a email indicating that I should not have been charged the $125.00 since AutoTransport123 had not put in a order for my transport in 10 days as required by their company procedures. I decided to call the company today after seeing that no reimbursement was made to my account, and I had not received a email from AutoTransport123. I spoke to a male representative of the company this time. He indicated that there was no record of the previous conversation with the young lady, and that he was done with our conversation, and I should have a nice day. At this point, I would list my experience with AutoTransport123 more in line with Deceptive Practices but I guess it could still be just poor communication. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I booked my vehicle transport with AutoTransport123 far in advance of my scheduled pick-up date to have my vehicle transported from Seattle, Wa. to Tampa, Fl. I called AutoTransport123 on the last day of my schedule transport window, only to learn they had not yet scheduled the transport with an actual transport company. It was only at that time I learned I was dealing with a broker and not an actual transporting company. The communication with AutoTransport123 was misleading at the time of making the initial arrangements. I decided since they were not an actual transport company only a broker, I couldn't trust them and I canceled the contract. It cost me $125.00 to do so, and even that was done deceptively. The customer service person leads me to believe since they had not placed the transport order at the time I called, they would not be charging my credit card. However, I was advised by my bank they did charge my account the $125.00 cancellation fee. I didn't complain about that charge I was happy to be out from under that agreement for only $125.00 given my experience with them. AutoTransport 123, talks a good game but they are hard to actually trust. That was my experience with them anyway.

"My truck broke down in California and I …"

My truck broke down in California and I needed to get it back to Oregon. I had 2 other companies that told me they would haul my truck but they never came through. Auto Transport 123 had a driver right away and had my truck back in Oregon . It was in the winter time with snow every where and my truck arrived back in Oregon safe with in 3 days after they said they would haul it for me. Auto transport 123 did everything they said they would do at a reasonable price.

"Bad experience"

Hired them to ship my car from WA State to MD. A third party company ended up doing the transporting and the guy that picked up my car told me he would be the driver. They delivered the wrong car to me and it was different driver - A rude man that met me on a dark road at night. He was very rude and tried to convince me it was my car. Thank goodness the Uber driver stayed cause I turned around and got back in the car and we left. They didn't know where my car was for about 2 days. Ended up my car never left WA State! Their customer service dept was not very helpful during this process. Very frustrating experience!
