Irene was very honest about the entire process. The contract was written as she indicated. There was no extra or hidden fees. They took my credit card information but didn't charge for the initial deposit until my vehicle was safely on its way to its destination. Irene gave me her direct line, email and returned my calls promptly and professionally. I am in the service industry so I understand the importance of keeping good communication and managing customer expectations. This was a very good experience for me.

They are constantly lying. From the first phone call to the last. They tell you what you want to hear to get your business but after you sign the contract it's all lies. They came 5 days after they promised to pick up my truck. They contract out the jobs but tell you all the drivers are there's? Then the guy who picked up my truck didn't deliver my truck when he said. He went to his home to relax. He yelled at me on the phone, all he does is drive drive drive. I don't think he should have my truck at his home just sitting there. He then threatened me with a bill for more money to get my truck. He said it was more work than he thought. I paid extra because the truck didn't run and now he wants more money?? Don't use this company you will get the run around and lies.

This was a terrible experience experience for me. The delivery date was entered wrong into the system and the sales person would not call me back. Finally, I got a hold of a different sales person who voluntarily helped for a while. Once the order was transferred to a trucking company, I couldn't not get a consistent feedback on the status. The truck broke down for a week and was stuck in a dealership and the shipment could not move. I realize that things can happen in any business but I feel like I had to call everyday and bug them for updates. Autotransport123 did not assist me in this process at all.

All phases of the transaction were awesome. All staff were effective plus friendly. I had many particular questions since I had researched the general process. Plus I had a shifting time frame.
Anthony, Jessica and Janine were exceptional & accessible- a key factor. Transport was on time and door to door. Pick up and delivery guys were great. Helpful and efficient. Highest kudos to all. I found 123 by reference from a friend. With high recommendations. Thanks to that friend.
