The information was incorrect, they promised to pick up my car much earlier than they did, causing me unexpected storage fees. They failed to mention a detail in the contract that gave them 12 days to pick up the car .

I think overall it was fine and quick the only problem I had was to get a shorter time frame not a ten hour window to pick up and to deliver.
My chopper was delivered intact.
Other than that price,assistance and travel time was great definitely.will used them again
