Driver was late for pick up, but was professional and there were no issues. A phone call would've been nice but all worked out. I will use service again.

I changed the date of pick-up, both on the phone and in an email, which was acknowledged. But the driver showed up two days earlier which was inconvenient. Then the delivery was a day later than promised. The driver was excellent and the car was handled just fine. But given this is not a discount rate, I would have hoped there would have been better logistics in getting and returning my car.

Horrible these people stole $220 dollars from me, they're so called customer service promise a pick up date which couldn't deliver and charged me without not even showing up!! Pure scammers

AT123 made sure that I was a satisfied customer. I had a an issues with the delivery of my vehicle (drivers fault) but AT123 helped resolve it and made sure everything was handled correctly.

My contract was to get a vehicle from Eureka, Ca to Danbury, Ct.I 7 to 10 days. After about 2 weeks, I had to.somehow get my vehicle to Sacramento, Ca. I had to make the arrangements myself, so that the Auto Transport 123 drivers wouldn't have to go out of their way. (wouldn't want that , right?) The sales rep promised door to door service in a timely manor, and could not deliver without my doing part of his job. I did receive a refund for the portion of the trip from Eureka to Sacramento, but not all of it.This was a 3,400 mile transport. This was the first time that I used a transport company. I was not that impressed. The office staff tried to tell me that the delay was due to weather in the midwest area. There was none - .Oooops. It's been two months since I got my vehicle and I am still somewhat bothered by the initial service. Once it was picked up in Sacramento, it arrived sooner than I expected by a day. Good job there.
