Needed a battery changed in a Michael Kors watch. Going through Michael Kors themselves would have meant waiting for my watch to go to France and back, taking up to six weeks according to the shop assistant at Michael Kors. So I looked for a local option instead and found TWC.

Very friendly service. Swift change of battery + re-sealed the waterproof seal. Explained a few details to me about the watch, and also registered it in case it gets stolen. Took about 15 minutes.

Would highly recommend TWC.

Since fixing a loved silver watch that I held onto for a couple of years after two watch repair shops, one being Timpson’s told me that the watch could not be fixed, I have continued to take my watches to Sinclair at FixIT Repair Center for repair and service without disappointment.
