Sinclair has been absolutely outstanding. I am in the US,was looking for a very rare bracelet. I inquired and he did not have it but weeks later I heard back and he had found it, he remembered and got back in touch with someone he never even serviced which says a lot! With the UK in and out of lockdowns, he still made the wheels move to acquire the item and kept me informed throughout the process. He promised I’d have it on my wrist before XMAS, and it looks like that will be a promise kept.
