Sinclair provided great customer service - was friendly, quick service and also gave advice on dos/don'ts. Bonus i also obtained a free watch clean, so i am one happy customer with a shiny watch! Would recommend!

Needed repair, service and new glass for my Seiko Kinetic. Other watch repair shops were unable to do it whilst Seiko was asking for double the cost Sinclair quoted. Friendly and professional. Big fan of the jazz playlist in the shop too. Overall great experience with Sinclair.

I needed to engage a specialist watch restorer / horologist who could service and repair an antique Waltham pocket watch. Although the watch showed signs of life, it needed a full service to diagnose underlying problems to see if it could be restored to a fully functional watch. My research came up with Sinclair at Total Watch Care.

Sinclair diagnosed that the pallet lever & then main spring needed replacing and this took him on a journey that required several months of extensive searching both via his online resources and face to face checks with his suppliers in order to try and source these hard to replace parts.

And best of all, we got there. The beautiful watch is fully restored and ticking wonderfully.

I can’t sing Sinclair’s praises enough. Skilled, hardworking & charming, he goes the extra mile to help you and his perseverance shines through. And I’m not alone in my experience, he’s built up a loyal customer base who have come to value his expertise and service over the years. He really cares about his craft and the items he is entrusted with.
