Had a damaged bracelet on my Breitling. Contacted totalwatchcare who arranged for me to bring it in, examined it, and fixed it within 2 hours.
I was kept informed of the progress via e mails and was very pleased with end result. In short a good job, promptly done, on time and for a reasonable charge. Would highly recommend.

Charged me £45 pounds for battery replacement and seal. Then used glue to seal the battery cap on, which has already popped off. Really disappointed. How can you use glue as a seal??? Never trust your expensive watch with this shop. Lesson learnt never again!

Great service! I went first to another store where was told it had to go back to the manufacturer to replace the movement. This guy fixes it in 5 minutes! Very impressed.

They repaired an old Omega Speedmaster chrono replacing damaged glass and realigning hands. They also changed the batteries and straps of a couple of quartz watches. They were friendly, polite and provided good communication. The cost of the servicing was reasonable.

I read the reviews and took a chance but this place is a great find in Streatham. Prompt friendly service for a battery replacement of a beloved watch. The options and prices were explained and I could choose what I wanted. The watch was given a clean as well. The watch looks as good as new despite being 23 years old. Will definitely go back and they also do other repairs.
