Fantastic service. I went to have a watch I was gifted adjusted for size and fitted with a new battery. The service was done within the hour. I enjoy supporting local businesses and will be back to get some more of my old watches sorted.

I first noticed the shop whilst walking in Streatham Hill several months ago - making a mental note to visit as I had several watches that needed to be fixed. I visited earlier this week and received great service. Replaced batteries in three watches, ordered a replacement bracelet and received a complementary clean.
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and the prices reasonable.
I will certainly return to have my favourite watch cleaned and serviced.

I came across Total Watch Care Online when looking for a battery replacement on a high value Longines mens watch.

The service on the phone was informative, helpful and friendly.

I visited the store a few days later and was warmly welcomed. The technician walked me through his experience with watches and the process and options they offer around care and maintenance. I found this all very helpful and reassuring that my watch was in safe hands.

The technician also asked me about the history of the Watch and explained the makeup of it. He quickly took down my details and confirmed how long the whole process would take (20 mins for a battery change, seal, test and complimentary surface clean). A 12 month warranty is included with a battery change and the details are emailed over for reference at a later date.

The repair was completed in 20mins as promised and at a fair price. I will return when the need arises and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Total Watch Care.

Great service on fixing my watch and done same day. Sinclair fixed the strap himself and saved me the cost of ordering a replacement.

"Calvin and Klein refurbish"

I took my calvin and klein bracelet watch for a scale and polish refurbish. It was my first watch that my mother gifted me after i achieved my GCSEs. I wore this watch from the age of 16-21 with it being my only watch until the clasp broke and wouldnt close. The team at Total watch care reassured me the clasp could be fixed and refurbished to brand new. They worked on the watch very quickly. I was elated to see that my watch was sparkling brand new as if my mother had just gifted it me again. My mum will be very happy to see it on my wrist again like before. Im excited to see her reaction thanks to total watch care. Definitely, a service you can have confidence in. Will be bringing all my watches here.
