I hunted high and low for somewhere to fix my wall clock. It has a battery driven movement that needed replacement but no clocksmith would touch it. Thank goodness I found Sinclair at Totalwatchcare, after months of searching, it was fixed in 2 days. Great service and nice people. Thank you.

I purchased a pre-owned Tag Heuer and took it to TWC to verify and check over. After a brief conversation on the phone I went to the store to see Sinclair who carefully and meticulously investigated the piece. His expertise and experience shone through, it was clear that he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about watchmaking. His dedication and work was precise and conscientious, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and looking at for me. His attention to detail and professionalism was genuinely appreciated. It was evident that he was passionate about his work and he greeted the steady stream of customers into the shop in a friendly, fair and kind manner - something that is all too rare to find at the moment. He was able to take care of everyone concurrently, calmly and informatively, in a way we were all happy with, despite the sudden influx! He keenly took the time to describe the workings of my new watch and reassure me about the care it would need, in addition to testing it, adjusting the linkages and lubricating the internal mechanics. All this completed in less than 30 minutes and at an extremely reasonable cost. What a find and what a great person to have locally - thank you so much TWC & Sinclair 👍

I brought two watches in that have sat in my drawer for ages. One needed a new battery and strap, the other a new strap.

The person I spoke with discuss options was very helpful in choosing appropriate options and one of my watches especially looks brand new due to fusing the old watch strap parts (gold) with a new leather strap.

Great service, professional, and decently priced. Will continue to use in future.
