You’re shown services provided with no hidden costs and can jobs completed in a timely manner. There is a above and beyond attitude within the store and I’d highly recommend them. Had a watch which needed a new battery and was restored to a working up to date function. Very pleased

I have been using Total Watch Care for over a year now and i have to say the service i receive is Excellent.
Sinclair is very knowledgeable and offers Fantastic customer service. Sinclair helped me to value some watches last year, and the information he provided was very helpful. He also managed to get me an extra link for my watch, which was almost impossible to find. My watch came back to me looking like new.
I have also had some battery replacements done on a couple of watches, the price and speed of the service was Amazing.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.
