I have been having a really rough time, took insurance out on a flat that I wound up not moving into because the job I was moving for screwed me over. Was accidentally charged insurance for the flat, was able to call and get everything sorted, my money back, and the policy canceled within five minutes. The woman I spoke to was the first reassuring person I’ve spoken to since this whole mess started and that means more than I think she’ll ever know. When things eventually get better and I do need to take out renters insurance again I’m coming back here.
