I had a difficult situation to deal with today after a clients policy had started incorrectly and needed cancelling with a new case uploaded in it's place. Melissa was very patient with me and stayed on the phone while helping me completely resubmit a new case because I hadn't done it before and was worried I'd get it wrong for the client. Really grateful to Melissa for her time and great customer services skills today.
