Had the pleasure of speaking to Heather to explain about an overpayment. Heather explained how to claim over the phone and instantly followed up with an email. I replied to Heather's email and within a day her colleague Jane advised me that the attachments could not be opened . I submitted a revised attachment and today Lucy advised me that I would get a rebate. From my initial discussion with Heather to gaining confirmation took around 5 working days. Well done payment shield for the collective response and rectification
