I forgot to cancel my plan for 4 years after moving address, not sure how I managed that, but a refund didn't even cross my mind. I called Customer Support and was surprised to hear I'm owed credit, as long I have supporting documents. Was a refreshing experience and the ease of getting back quite a large amount of money is proof of a good company, in my opinion. Thanks to the guys there and especially Lucy G for sorting it so quick!

I’ve given this a 3 star, mainly because the ‘chat’ answer was much quicker than waiting to talk to someone. Never did get through on the phone. I wanted to change to manual renewal. Last year I missed the automatic renewal and the policy increased by 67%. Needless to say, I will not be renewing.
