After being with this company for several years I needed to update my billing address attempting to do this from the dashboard was impossible, I contacted customer services and they was not helpful was happy for me to go to another provider rather that sort my problem out

"Voipfone is excellent"
My wife and I have been Voipfone customers for over 8 years and their service is exceptional, and breathtakingly cheap! We have five extensions (two at home), plus the ability to receive inbound calls on our mobile, and the service costs pennies a day. Their telephone support is second to none as well. We don't have any of the bells and whistles, but the service we have received couldn't have been better. Definitely recommended.

"The pricing and technical support seem…"
The pricing and technical support seem to be good. We work in the IT sector and in the past have recommended voipfone to several businesses.
However we have some gripes about way things are done. Most worrying is that passwords for the website are issued to you, always follow a very predictable ruleset, and are incredibly weak. There is no way to change that password and if you forget that password and request a reminder it will email the original password which shows that this is being stored in an insecure way. If they are getting this so wrong I hate to think what other bad practices they have.
We are currently trying to move away from voipfone partly for security concerns but also for other reasons not related to the service they offer or any fault of their own. However the process of porting our numbers has been made difficult and time consuming by them, overall with this experience in mind I will not be recommending this company in the future.

"Customer for ten years"
I've been with voipfone now for nearly ten years - I started when they were a really small company and I doubted they could sustain the level of customer service they gave as they grew - but they have! I've asked three questions on the last 24 hours and they've been back to me within an hour or so each time! Really affordable as well. Thank you voifone!

"Service with 4G Router."
As I had moved away from conventional broadband to a 4G system, I needed an alternative to the BT land line. I had heard about Voipfone and after some degree of research I chose them as my preferred solution. The service so far is exceptional and the customer service team are a pleasure to deal with. I had purchased a Cisco SP112 adapter to enable my existing phones to work and Istvan very kindly spent 10 minutes setting it up for me. I have subsequently had a call with Richard regarding a really simple point and he could not have been more helpful. If you are not sure about transferring over to VoIP I would recommend you do, and if you do Voipfone are a perfect supplier. Thank you.

Been with Voipfone for several years. Never had a problem that stopped the service from working. On the occasions I have to contact them they are always quick to respond and sort it out for me. I have recommended them to people I know.

"Good call quality & pricing with great support"
I've used Voipfone for 7 years now to manage calls to and from a business phone number. Call quality is very good and their pricing reasonable without tying me down to a long contact. Their website is good for managing the services I use but for me, the essence of a good provider (whether in telecoms, software or whatever) is how they respond when there's a problem.
I recently needed to set up a Softphone on my Android mobile to send and receive calls via my office number but I couldn't get it to work. One online chat session later and the phone was set up and is working perfectly. After a slight glitch with incoming calls not ringing I opened another session and again the engineer Chris resolved the problems, called to check that the softphone was working and gave me some useful advice.
What else could you need? Strongly recommended.

"Still Good"
We have used voipfone for a few years and they have always been really good for us. They are responsive and the system works really well. Home working is so easy and seamless client keep asking if we are all still in the office when the reception puts them straight through. The handsets work well and when we increased our numbers the new handsets arrived quickly. Sometimes a firm sits on its laurels when it has started out well but that does not seem to be happening here
