what a company, My old provider was unable to get my home phone working so after a week I switched it to Voipfone and all is now working perfectly, their email advisor (Andrea) has been superb guiding me through the process and answering all of my stupid questions I couldn't thank her enough (and she had to put up with me)

As a brand new customer to Voipfone I must say how very helpful the guys have been on the chatline, these a real people, not your usual bots and give very clear, speedy and helpful advice, in my experience this is unusual these days but is likely to help keep me as a customer. In today's experience I had to break off from the chat to deal with something urgent which I briefly explained to Mark on line. He in turn chose to email me to give me the answer to my question instead of me having to go back and start again, very much appreciated!👍🏻

"Easy even for a VOIP novice"
Incredibly easy to sign-up to the service. I signed up as a residential customer. I struggled a little because I chose to use a Gigaset VOIP base station to connect my existing Gigaset/Siemens DECT handsets but all was resolved when I realised that I needed the 6-digit 'password' that was under my profile in the Voipfone.co.uk control panel rather than the login password for their website. Their own base station is already configured so this was my doing. I am still to have the process of having my existing phone number ported in to Voipfone completed so let's see how that goes.

Best company to go with if you need a digital home phone, unlimited minutes means truly unlimited not capped like few others selling out there.
The only thing I would like to see is a truly unlimited home phone package without all the bells and whistles of a business package which most home users don't need.

Every time I need help (which is quiet often at the moment) the guys are brill with me. Especially Richard who has just helped me set up my Yeaklink Phone to work on two extensions I literally would not have had a clue. He was polite and most of all patient with me. I've been with Voipfone for a great many years. never had a problem, but today their support excelled.
I run FreePBX internally but I'm no expert. Using the Voipfone app I wanted to connect our cell phones to our desk extensions so the business is covered during any time away. Using a Netgear M6 Pro as a base station means no matter where in the world I travel I now have my UK number with me at all times. That saves a lot of hassle and cost.
Richard and the team were incredibly patient helping me to get this working and it really is a game changer for our office communications.
