New customer to Voipfone and have to say I will be moving all my business locations to them. They have been fantastic from response times on the phone to just top level service and knowledge. So polite and helpful even before I placed any orders. No pushy sales and pleasure to deal with.

"Fantastic Customer support"
Our BT landline contract finally ended and I was desperate to move away from them due to their appalling customer support and rip off pricing. I had been recommened Vonage however when I rang them up I seemed to be put through to an offshore call center and spoke to a quite pushy salesman who kept insisting I sign up for a 2 year contract before even answering any of the questions I had about moving over to the VOIP system. After googling other providers I read the reviews for Voipfone so rang them up and was really impressed by how quickly they answered the call and were quite happy to answer my questions and directed me to their website which has loads of useful information about porting the landline number etc. My favourite part is we could sign up for free and try the mobile phone app out to make sure we were happy with the call quality and the app features. The app works great, its nice and simple and never had an issue with it, the call quality is fantastic and even better than our landline whilst costing a fraction of what BT were charging us. There was a slight issue with the adaptor box which I bought from Voipfone to convert our existing landline phones to VOIP, however again the customer support was fantastic and the problem was quickly resolved by changing the settings in the adaptor box and it has worked perfectly ever since meaning we can keep using our old answering machine and other phones. Highly recommend Voipfone and delighted we are no longer having to deal with BT!

This is my first ever 5-star review. If something's perfect I put 4 stars. Voipfone are really above-and-beyond any expectation. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
I was leaving VirginMedia and needed a one-month rolling contract. I've tried other telcom companies; to be honest nearly all of them are bad. Not this one! You phone up the helpline and get a human being within a couple of minutes who knows what they are talking about and can actually do things for you. Emails are responded to within 24 hours and one on the weekend!
VOIPFONE are not the cheapest by the month but not expensive either - that is what they do best and there's no hidden cost. You know what it will cost and when you get it, it works. And... if you need to send anything back or you change your mind they refund you straightaway.
Note because they mostly do business phones their prices don't include VAT so you need to factor that in.
Their land phone call charges are about 1.2p per minute at time of writing. Virgin's are about 21p!
Their broadband works over Openreach and they sorted out the installation very promptly and professionally. Their broadband also works at the speed advertised unlike some others I have used.
In the end, as a house-sale fell thru, I was able to take another contract but I would go back to VOIPFONE again next time I need a short contract without hesitation.

"JUST PORTED TO VOIPFONE"
Port confirmed today, had problems connecting my Gigaset phones so resorted to the chat line, 20 seconds later (!!!) Ian came on and sorted everything for me. All working fine now, house line now on VOIP at £6 pcm inc VAT. Fantastic service and excellent value.
