"Terrible site"

Awful system! I have wasted nearly 3 hours this afternoon. I am unable to log on without phoning Qui getting my accounts unlocked and resetting my password. Unfortunately, although I could go into my account after resetting password, when I logged off and tried to log on again I was unable to as it didn't recognise my details. I spoke to 4 different people and went through the same scenario. The last person told me to give it an hour and it would be fine?? I don't think it will be.
What a tin pot operation! This isn't the way to run a trading site, I think it's time for a change.

"Great Platform and Easy to Use"

In summary it does what it "says on the tin" all at very low cost.

I have SIPP ISA and general trading accounts as does my wife. The site is easy to navigate and very informative. I have gone from trading through brokers with share certificates through to this electronic platform where transfers in via CREST are easy to do and I am kept up do gate with everything real time. How did I do without it before?

Very easy to use platform for self investing. If you find a need to speak to someone, then that is also quick and easy. I would very highly recommend this service to anyone.

i find the charges are excessive but i suspect everyone says the same if i dont trade over a 3 month period i am charged £17.49 which is a 50% increase on selftrade

I do find the cash statements clumsy.
Would like also a simple summary statement which I can see in a single screen.

I have been using this organisation to manage my self managed stocks and shares isa for many years. It has always done the job very well and since it was acquired by EQi it has continued to improve. It is very comprehensive a easy to use. I hold individual stock both UK based and USA-as well units of managed funds in the same Isa.
Highly recommended.

I have used several platforms for trading accounts ,ISA's for a number of years . I ended up with you because I wanted to manage my own SIPP and you were their nominated platform .Given a free hand I probablu would not have chosen you because (a) you are relatively expensive ( b) your research facilities are poor so I subscribe elsewhere for my stock research .

I find the eqi site easy to use. The range of funds and shares accessable is as wide as the normal investor would require and the hosting cost is not excessive. Ok no advice but lots of useful help.
I have been with this site for many years. No plan to change.

Have used EQI for many years going back to it's previous names eg Selftrade & Squaregain and can't remember having any significant problems. I am happy to research my own investments using free content from internet etc and this saves me £1000s over other more expensive platforms that obviously can't guarantee that their recommendations will beat the average Stock/FundInvestment Trust.
