"VERY IMPRESSED, Quality Trees, well packed and fast delivery."

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the plants that arrived and the fast service.
I was not sure when ordering as there were no reviews so I was a little concerned - but I absolutely wanted a Peach tree, Nectarine tree and an edible Cherry tree right now as a present for a special person. I didn’t want a bare root plant to come in November -I needed them a now ! Most companies were out of stock of actual trees.
THESE TREES WERE FABULOUS, well packed, arrived perfect & quickly.
Ten out of ten, very happy customer.

"5 Fruit trees! 4 stars!"

I purchased 2 apple trees, 2 plum trees and 1 peach tree.
4 out of the 5 came in perfect condition, the peach tree came underfed, showing severe phosphorus deficiency.
Two weeks later it still have the signs of the deficiency but looks healthier after being fed.

Customer service on email seems to be hit and miss. Ordered multiple trees separately by mistake and emailed to ask if they could be sent together and refund postage difference but no reply after a week.

Overall I would definitely recommend this plant nursery as probably the best you can buy in the UK right now.

Bought a tree from Direct Plants a month ago and it is dead.Called Direct plants on 01485 601143 and they do not speak to customers. Why not? Have to e mail them, why? Have I wasted my money? I await a reply e mail will it happen? Will I get my money back? Do they care? Can I risk Direct Plants gain? Are they real? So many questions.

"This is the first time I have used this…"

This is the first time I have used this company and I was VERY pleased with the plant I bought and even more impressed by the packaging. It was a small tree and came in a very sturdy box, with plant being supported by 4 canes and the pot holding it rigid. Two hand holes in box helped it being lifted and kept upright.
The plant arrived as fresh as if I had bought it from a store, the first time this has ever happened for me!
Highly recommend.

"WOW what a service"

WOW what a service! Ordered Sunday all delivered and planted by the Friday! Very happy. I messed up my order and forgot to add one plant meaning I would have to pay the delivery on the second order. Karina promptly sorted it making sure both orders were together and refunding delivery. Super fast response. Plants and trees arrived in perfect condition all absolutely beautiful and packaged with such care. Can’t recommend highly enough for quality, care and customer service. Never bought plants on line before but will definitely be using again and spreading the word! I wish all companies operated like this first rate. Thank you Direct Plants

So i ordered my first ever Cox's Orange Pippin, a five foot tree, i'd bought a stake and tie, dug a hole and waited for the new addition to my garden. It arrived well packaged but on opening the box i was disappointed to find the poor thing covered in brown spots..this was apple scab and was not mentioned in the advert. The people at Direct Plants are very nice and told me to send some photo's of the disease and they would advise me...i sent them and they said not to worry, it's simply a common fungus and offered to refund me should i wish to return the tree. I read up on apple scab and decided not to return the sickly specimen, but rather look after it and give it a better life in my garden. Needless to say my second purchase, a Scrumptious was placed elsewhere.

I was looking for a Holly tree to match one I already had. I emailed Karina, she was so helpful and she said the tree they could supply would be a good match but might be slightly more bushy than my own tree. I ordered the tree, it was promptly dispatched and delivered and I have to admit, I was a bit stunned when I unwrapped it. The tree is an absolutely amazing specimen, so healthy big and bushy - it’s so nice I didn’t want to trim it to match my own tree. The price was such good value I decided to order another tree and again Karina has told me she thinks she will be able to match it. I’m really looking forward to the second delivery.
