"I recently ordered a tree from this…"

I recently ordered a tree from this company through Amazon. I received a very well packaged, healthy tree which was actually a bit taller than the product description. It was well-watered and very fresh looking. The price was excellent compared to other online suppliers and the postage was reasonable for such a large item. I was out when the item arrived and the carriers sensibly left the package at the rear of my property. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered from Direct Plants, and was totally happy with the whole experience. The plant arrived on time, well packaged, in good condition, and I was kept fully updated on delivery. I would certainly order from them again.

The experience could not have been more different than the one I had with Groupon, who messed up the order, refused to sort it out and lied through their teeth about it. (See my full review for them elsewhere!)

Decent value for money but with hit and miss customer service. My main criticism would be poor communication when purchasing (return phonecall promised but didn't happen, woman on phone didn't seem to know enough about products on offer to answer queries and didn't seem overly keen to help) and an absence of tracking or delivery information whilst waiting for our order to arrive.

I recently ordered from another on line supplier and was really disappointed with the tiny trees and plants that arrived so I was a bit dubious about ordering on line again. However I was really impressed with the tree that arrived from Direct Plants it was healthy and large. The shrubs I ordered looked good also. I changed the delivery date without any hassle and the plants all arrived well packaged and well delivered.
I will definitely order from this company again.

We have recently had our garden landscaped and have been replacing plants bought from several places and what rubbish some have been ,so small or leaves dropping of , but direct plants is in a different league , they are large healthy plants and boxed and wrapped accordingly ,we will now only buy from direct plants as we are assured a good healthy plants . will be back and highly recommend them .
