All the plants arrived well packaged, healthy and the best condition plants I have had from any company.

"Used this company a few weeks ago for…"

Used this company a few weeks ago for the first time, having sought prices from a number of online stores for some specific plants I had in mind.

Plants were cheaper and generally larger than similar offerings.

The plants were delivered and I was very pleased, altho an Acer started dying back within a week or so.

I emailed the company and they were quick to offer a substitute plant having seen the photos and replaced it with two smaller acers due to stock which I was fine with.

The substitute plants arrived and one of these had damage to the main shoot likely from transit, I felt a little awful in complaining again but with minimum fuss this was also replaced.

The only cautionary note I have with the three deliveries was that delivery dates always seemed to be incorrect as plants arrived day before, which if no one home leaves risk of theft from doorstep or a return delivery. This may be a courier issue but worth noting as a balanced review.

Cannot fault customer service.

"Ordered Italian cypress tree for £39.99…"

Ordered Italian cypress tree for £39.99 plus delivery. Stated would get large specimen. However not the case. Got a very weedy thin one with not much foliage. Height was correct but very disappointed and seller not helpful couldn't return as destroyed packaging getting it out. Sorry I purchased from this company who boast 100% satisfaction. Not for me obviously.
