"Fantastic Healthy Plants!"

I ordered two honeysuckle plants and one jasmine at the beginning of July. All three plants were received in great condition and are growing abundantly. I couldn't be happier with them and will definitely use this company again.

I have today deleted the terrible review I left a week ago,I am always first to admit my mistakes , the Appletree I purchased grew leaves then shed every one of them, however now!! low and behold it has started new buds , so there is still life it so won't be continuing my claim for payment.
This is not to say their customer service gets off scot-free, It's abysmal I still will not be using this business ever again. I've not told them about this as they wouldn't respond anyway.

"Highly Recommend Direct Plants"

I placed an order with Directplants.co.uk last year for 2 large evergreen magnolia shrubs.

A couple of months after planting them, one of them started to look worse for wear. I contacted the company and explained what was happening. They gave me some good advice and it fixed the problem. (I hadn't planted it in ericaceous compost - my bad!)

A year later when they had both flowered, I discovered they were both the same colour (cream) and I had ordered a pink and a cream Magnolia.

I contacted the company and couldn't have had better customer service. (It turns out it wasn't their fault as they buy them in small, grow them on, and then they sell them.)

I was offered a replacement free of charge, without hesitation.

I have just taken delivery of that replacement and it is a very healthy-looking specimen, and I am very happy with it.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Direct Plants, so if you're looking for some shrubs or plants, check them out.

I received a Sorbus Pink Pagoda mountain ash tree today and I’m really impressed with it, especially for the price I paid. Excellent value for money. I ordered it on Saturday and received it on Wednesday. The tree was well packaged and is about 6 foot with plenty of leaves and even some berries on it. I’d definitely order from them again.
