My wand was turning "off" while I was using it on my face. I sent an email to support, and Janica was so helpful and friendly. She sent me detailed troubleshooting tips. I was using the wand as instructed, and it was faulty so Janica assisted me in getting a replacement. She was efficient and prompt, not to mention very sweet. Hopefully the new wand will work fine. I only leave positive comments when I feel very strongly about an experience. I purchased my Solawave wand directly from their website. I later found it on Amazon at a lower price. I contacted SolaWave Customer support about what I found and asked if their was a possibility of a price match. I received a response immediately from Luke in their Customer Service department with a notice of a refund to match the price on Amazon. I was so appreciated that! I trust that they truly believe in their product and cannot wait to try my wand.

I order the newest wand and several other products and the package didn't arrive at my apartment, it was stolen! The customer service at Solawave was fantastic about getting back to me and sending a new package with my order to my work address, no questions asked. So happy with the customer service and prompt responses I received!

"Wand quit - customer service came through."
Bought my first wand in January 2023 andI had issues with it after about 3 months. Wand would not turn off. I contacted Solawave via on-line about the problem, and a new wand was sent to me, no charge. The 2nd wand started acting up shortly after I received it (wouldn't turn off...again), so I again contacted customer service. A 3rd wand was sent, and it has been working wonderfully. This wand has the on/off button - great improvement. The service I received was excellent, and I love the product.

"Recently bought their newest wand…"
Recently bought their newest wand "Radiant Renewal." Ive noticed the fiest gimmicky thing about this, the sites description reada "Our latest 4-in-1 Skincare Wand combines four science-backed, proven skincare technologies for the ultimate 3 minute at-home treatment." However, the instructions manual actually indicates its 3 minutes per facial area (there are multiple outlined) so it's really a 12 minute tx for the entire face.
Item works and is a nice addition to applying serum, really not convinced that its worth the cost at this point - I've been using for 2 weeks.

Other than to improve circulation, there is little benefit to the anti-aging claims of this product. It stopped working just after the warranty expired.

Hey there! Solawave knows how to do it when it comes to customer service. The support and help that I recieved from both Dominic and Sherisse was ABOVE and BEYOND! They listened to me, they offered their support and knowledge of the specific product, and most importantly they helped me! They did all of that within a matter of minutes and they STILL treated me with the upmost respect that every human deserves. I cannot wait for my relationship with the brand to grow! Def a repeat customer here!!!
