"I love my wand and the serum"

I love my wand and the serum. I did not have it for a long time, only three weeks but I can see some improvements.
On another note, I realized after 3 weeks I was missing a refill. I emailed the customer service and within 10mn they responded to me and sent me one! I was plaisently surprised, I didn't ask for it but they did without any questions! Great customer service must say.

I bought 2 wands that I used 4ish times. They are both now not working. The “warranty” period has conveniently closed but they said for $89 I can have a new wand. Clearly not going to put more money into this company. What a scam

For their products itself, i would leave a question mark. However the customer service is impressive. The device i bought from a third party in the UK turned somewhat faulty. I contacted to the Solawave Customer Service. They sent me a newer and improved model, without returning the item i have. I haven’t received the new one yet. I hope it will work well. Hence this 4 stars going for the customer service.
