Wands are crap. Snake oil. The company does not return phone calls or emails.

I love my wand and the little acne tool. my husband keeps borrowing the wand and the bye acne has helped me with chin and cheek pimples when they popup. I also asked the customer service team a ton of questions before ordering and I appreciate their responses to help me understand more. Thank u Alex !!!
