I have been using Solawave for over a year and absolutely love it. It tightens my skin instantly and looks even better the next morning. The quality of the red light is what makes the difference I think. Plus the blue serum is perfect for the machine and I started using their hyularonic acid serum about 3 months ago and it is so superior. As a licensed cosmetologist and professional hair and make-up artist in LA, I am exposed to the best products on the market. My friend whom is a medical esthetician turned me on to Solawave and now I tell everyone. So worth every penny! Also the customer service is unbelievable.

I purchased my Solawave wand a while ago but due to health & life issues I haven't had much opportunity to have many "selfcare days"; I have been trying to make that more of a routine again, but I was experiencing issues with my wand.
Super long story short, Teresa went above and beyond to help me. Teresa was kind and UNLIKE most interactions now, Teresa followed back up with me. (I honestly can't thank you enough).
Solawave still has a customer service line - where you can talk to a human - and they stand behind their product.
Looking forward to a better, healthier, and radiant 2024 - my Solawave is one of the tools to help me with that (super excited)!

"Excellent Customer Service"
I was very excited to try the 4-1 skincare wand but there was an issue and my package was lost/stolen. I was frustrated and defeated. I emailed Solawave and was instantly met with solutions and quickly sent a replacement. The response time was fast and they were reassuring and kind. I would 100% recommend this company. I have been using my wand for about a week and am excited to see the results. Jomel needs a shout-out for excellent customer service. Thank you!

"Brilliant Piece of Kit !!"
I came across this wand nearly a year ago when it was only obtainable in the US. So firstly I look after my skin so wasn't sure whether I needed it. However, I bought it and on first use it gave a real glow to my skin so I am a devotee and it's definitely worth a 5+ star rating as far as I am concerned. Also the Customer Service is great !

I bought some items as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I live in Hong Kong and received an email to say that there were multiple attempts to deliver my package but no one was home. I knew this was not the case as I was at home the whole time. I contacted customer service and they did an incredible job to try help me locate the parcel. I spoke to Kat and she kept sending me emails to see how I was getting on- and she reassured me that they would make it right if the parcel was not found. The local post office finally found my parcel. This issue was not the fault of Solawave,
And Kat and her team did an incredible job of helping and reassuring me. Thank you all so much.

Firstly, I’m enjoying my solawave wand and serum very much. It’s a super easy addition to any routine. My review is more about the customer service though. I wrote an email asking about a replacement charger as I lost mine. I don’t think an hour went by before I received a response with information on how they could help. I got side tracked and forgot to respond to them so I got a follow up email asking if they could help. They were hoping for some kind of proof of purchase but I couldn’t find the receipt. Janica asked for a photo of the wand and that sufficed. She sent me a preloaded link to complete the $9 purchase and I got shipping confirmation within minutes. I find it increasingly rare that companies devote real time and energy to making customers feel important and appreciated. This process felt like I was chatting with a friend. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after this experience.

"I received my first Solawave skin care…oh NO the wand would not turn on. I never got to see the sensor head light up or use my new skin care product!"
I received my first Solawave skin care wand and complex serum the first week in December. I thought I would treat myself to a Christmas present. I was so excited when my package arrived. After I opened my wonderful present. I carefully read the instructions and watched Solawave tutorials. I followed all instructions and turned on the wand! Oh no to my surprise the wand would not turn on or the sensor light in the head would not light up. I went through all the instructions and tutorials again. The wand still would not turn on so I sent Solawave customer service a Gmail. I thought oh no I have to deal with customer service!
Well to my surprise Janica with customer support easily and politely walk me through all steps necessary trying to get my wand to turn on. Nothing she suggested helped my new never used wand to turn on.
Janica wasted no time assisting my problem and trying to troubleshoot the wand. The troubleshooting didn't make my new wand turn on. So Janica immediately gave me a new order number for a totally different wand!
Customer support was so polite, fast, and efficient. I am 60 years old and have dealt with a few customer service throughout my years! Solawave was easy and wonderful to deal with! Thank you Solawave! I hope your product is as amazing as your customer service is! Sincerely A real customer Nicola!
