"Terrible support"

I placed an order online for contacts. Contacts were never delivered to my house. Photo shows photo delivered to some other home. Searched my neighborhood for that door/house to track them down and could not find them. Contacted support through chat 3 times to try to get it correct and finally gave up and ordered through another provider. I asked a few times for a refund for the shipped order that I never received and kept being told that it was handled. Get my target card bill and the charge is still on my account.

"Went to target optical on Southside…"

Went to target optical on Southside blvd, Jacksonville Florida and was waited on by Julia and Shay. Outstanding!! Ask if they took my insurance. They did. Sat down with my recent prescription and they did a couple of tests. I picked out my frames, we decided on grey, polarized lenses as I was getting sunglasses. They tallied up and my insurance covered the entire bill. Walked out happy and 3 days later picked my glasses up. Total satisfied and happy. 5 stars for sure! 😊

"Sent the wrong Meta Ray Ban glasses"

Sent the wrong Meta Ray Ban glasses. I ordered the correct size, as evidenced by the model number in my confirmation email. But when I received the shipping notification, that email included a different model number. I called when I saw the discrepancy and was assured several times the correct glasses would be sent. Today they arrived, and it was the wrong pair of glasses. Go with Target Optical if you enjoy being lied to as a customer. I am extremely tech savvy and spotted this error before it was too late, yet they still managed to mess it up. Shame on Target Optical.

"I stopped at the Apple Valley"

I stopped at the Apple Valley, MN Target with a pair of glasses I had purchased at a competitor and asked to have them adjusted. Tammy looked at the fit and immediately corrected what was wrong at no charge to me. Extremely satisfied.

"At Target optical Chino Hills"

At Target optical Chino Hills, I’ve met with two of the optometrists and they have been amazing. They take the time to listen and never made me feel rushed. They seemed very knowledgeable and in the end, helped me get it right. which hadn't happened at the smaller private optometrists I've been to in the past.
But where Target Optical really shines is the “terrific trio” of Camille, Josiah, and Ethan. Okay, first off I’m affectionately known as the “trouble child” which is unarguably accurate. But the reason why is, I've been to 3-4 different private optometrists over the past 10 years, and I've got prescription after prescription and dozens of glasses, none which ever felt right. This poor team came on my OCD journey to find a perfect pair of contacts and eyeglasses to help me in life as well as my 10 hour-a-day job in front of a large computer screen. I went through three or four different brands of contacts, dailies and weeklies. Three pairs of glasses that I swapped the lenses out at least two times and a pair of readers that I even swapped lenses out on those. And all the while asking for deals, asking for price matches and using coupons. I'm telling you they never even flinched they supported me all the way. They are warm considerate amazing people that I truly felt they cared about me, and my vision. My past experience with optometrists is being rushed through, hard sold, and hurried out on my way. Everything about my experience at Target optical was quite the opposite. Thank you Target Optical! and THANK YOU very much Camille, Josiah, and Ethan!

"Sent me glasses with wrong prescription 2x"

Wish I could give negative stars 2x they sent me glasses with wrong prescription. It cost me money to send them back I shouldn't have to pay for anything. Couldn't see out of them. Should of been able to just go to the store instead of having to do everything by mail. Then the have the worst hours people have jobs to we don't all live on east coast.

"I regret the day that I walked into…"

I regret the day that I walked into Target Optical. I have been to Target Optical two other times and have had issues that were resolved. My Last visit to Target Optical has been a nightmare, and it will be my very last visit! I had an eye exam that went great. I brought my own frames to have Target fill the prescription for the lenses. They were returned to me in good timing, But the prescription was so terrible that I could not see out of the glasses. I returned them to have the prescription fixed. The manager was very rude to me about the prescription. On July 11th he took the glasses back to be fixed. When the estimated due date (7/25) came around, I hadn’t heard anything from Target Optical. I gave them a few days and called to see what was happening with the glasses. I was told that there could have been a breakage and that as soon as they heard something they would be in contact with me. At this point I was very concerned because of the agreement that Target makes you sign if anything happens to the frames. I went on vacation for a week and when I returned, I tried again. Still nothing. I tracked the glasses and it finally said that they were delivered to the store and was awaiting inspection. The glasses were supposed to be inspected and then they would reach out to me. I allowed another week to go by and I tried calling again. I was told that the lenses arrived without the frame. At this point, I became very angry because nobody reached out to inform me that there was an issue with my frames. Target Optical did offer to refund my money for the frames and the lenses. I received a refund for the lenses, but I am still awaiting a corporate check for the frames that I purchased. This refund takes three to four weeks. Fine, but when I returned the glasses Target Optical did not cancel the claim that they used for my benefits. This has been an ongoing issue since August 16th. It is now August 31st, and I still have no glasses, and I’m able to use my benefits because of the claim. Receiving glasses should not be a three month process! I will never use Target Optical again!

"Deerfield Beach Florida Optical refused…"

Deerfield Beach Florida Optical refused to give me Aetnacvshealth benefits. Charged me $69 instead of $10 and said to be charged for frames and eyeglasses for pediatric vision benefits. I also would received little help from the support line. Support disconnected me 3 times.

"The progressive lenses are not a strong…"

The progressive lenses are not a strong enough transition from top to bottom as the ones from a doctors office however the frames are so much better with much better options
